To help us understand the issue, please include:

  • what you were trying to do
  • your iPhone model and iOS version
  • the Madklar app version, if available
  • the exact wording of any error

Accounts and subscriptions

You can delete your account directly in the app. If you are the sole owner of a shared household, you may need to transfer ownership or remove the other members first.

App Store subscriptions, including payment, cancellation, and refund requests, are managed by Apple through your Apple account settings. For problems with access to Premium inside Madklar, use the support form on this page.
